Changed the schedule this week
They changed their schedule and replaced some good shows with marathons of 48 Hours.
Highly dissatisfied.

Ion Plus sucks Bring back DEFY TV
They ruined a channel when they did away with DEFY in my opinion. Taks a poll and see who likes it better. To me it is useless programming I can get on 200 other channels with Hulu.

Repetitive ads, often the same as back to back. Every commercial break it's the same thing over and over and over. Love the shows but the ads drive me crazy
Same few commercials over and over. They finally get a new one and they play it back to back to back. I definitely would not buy from the companies that they advertise.

Boring murder stories
Go back to the defy programs even the kids enjoyed those programs instead of constant murder crap at least they are not watching people die.
Preferred solution: Change back to defy programming stop with the murder mystery that's on every channel

Sadly to see men's targeted TV gone and replaced women's soap opera shows. I watched in CA 30.3 for the past 3 years, now reprogramed to target to women. No thanks!

You bought out defy TV and you play Garbage. You should be ashamed of yourself!
There must be more money to be made by customers not watching your station. Funny how it comes in clear on antenna TV after it sells out.

Broadcasts continually freeze up.
Since sometime in December 2023, the broadcasts on Ion Plus will freeze up multiple times in a one or two hour episode. Sometimes they will clear on their own, but many times the screen will go black with a message that the selection is not available at this time.
The only way I've been able to free it is by changing the channel and then returning. Sometimes that will work.
Months have gone by and it's still doing it. Can't finish a single episode without repeated freezing, often at the end of the episode so you miss the end. WORTHLESS CHANNEL!!!

Can't get it.Sure know how to take the fun out of Christmas prep.
I use to always have Christmas movies on while I decorate, bake, cook, wrap, etc... Now we get movies 2 nights a week starting at 7:pm.
Who stays up past 11 to watch more?

CAN'T GET IT
What ion we do get has Christmas movies on only 2 nights per week. Who stays up past 11p.m.

Unhappy.
I looked forward to Murdoch Mysteries Friday through Sunday and there was a lot of promotion for it,but all of a sudden it was gone completely, replaced by old Western movies.
Preferred solution: Notice of upcoming changes to schedules and updates to content.
Off the air
I used to what Ion Plus a lot. I got into Saving Hope and The Listener.
I was starting to get into Murdoch mysteries. Then at the beginning of March'21 I noticed the channel had become Mysteries, which I am not interested in, and its also on another channel. After re-scanning several times and not being able to find it, I searched online. It seems Ion was sold to a company called Scripps and dropped Ion Plus.
I will really miss it. All the new channels they have under Ion I am not interested in, so I probably won't be watching Ion much anymore.
